The Cordic National Gateway (CNG) gives Private Hire and Taxi Fleets the ability to collaborate with each other to win new business accounts and deliver an improved service to their customers. Booked jobs can be sent to sub-contractors via the CNG. Both fleets have the ability to track the vehicle and driver at all stages of the job.
Using the CNG, your business can apply for large corporate and government tenders, which may have been previously unattainable with your singular fleet. By offering industry leading booking technology, you will be able to attract and secure large company accounts. Working in collaboration with other CNG partners you can enjoy the benefits of sharing work between fleets improving customer service, keeping costs and emissions low whilst maximising your profits.
You are able to send jobs to a collaboration of fleets, this may be one other fleet or as many as you like. You are not able to receive jobs from the other fleets using this system configuration.
CNG Bidirectional use
Using the CNG in a bidirectional setup, you can send and receive jobs within a collaboration of fleets.
In the same way that your Cordic booking and despatch solution works, jobs can be allocated using attributes, executive vehicle, multi-seater, female driver etc.
The job comes into your system as per normal and there is an option to assign and despatch the job to another fleet using the CNG. The assigned fleet will then see the job on their system and can choose to accept or decline the job. If the job is accepted, they can then despatch to a driver as per usual. Both fleets can track the driver, only the assigned fleet has the ability to communicate with the vehicle directly. This means that you can provide your customers with a single point of contact and know where any job is regardless of which fleet is delivering the work.

Example scenario 1:
You want to offer a complete end to end road transportation service; your customer wants to fly from Stansted to Edinburgh, you are providing the transportation between the customer's pick up address and Stansted, once the customer arrives in Edinburgh your CNG Partner in Edinburgh would provide transportation from Edinburgh airport to their final destination. The same can apply on their return journey.
You are bidding to win a tender for a national corporation who require a private hire transport service for their office nationwide. Using the CNG you can collaborate with other Cordic customers to provide the full UK coverage required to win the tender. If the corporation open up additional sites in the UK, you can extend the service to these sites by involving Cordic customers located near to the new premises.
