For example; if Joe's Taxis are running at maximum capacity, drivers from Joe's Chauffeur Service can receive work from Joe's Taxis and vice versa. The system allows you to set individual vehicle and driver attributes, in addition to this you can configure drivers and vehicles with gradings such as gold (Mercedes, luxury saloon, wearing uniform), silver (Toyota Prius, smart attire) and bronze (Passat, Mondeo, no uniform requirements), this information along with other attributes means you can deliver a specific level of service to your clients. An example of this is that you may need to send a gold graded driver in a MPV to a specific account, whereas another customer may require a bronze level driver with a wheelchair ramp, in each scenario the level of service is delivered as required, helping your business to retain and attract customers.
