The market was found to be competitive with every provider claiming their systems were justifiably the best. With Cordic the choice was made much simpler by the 'live' demonstration of their systems which immediately instilled a degree of confidence that the installation would be successful. The team that arrived at our premises to install the systems stayed until our system was up and running and tuned to our level of service. That was one thing that particularly struck me about this product - the breadth of its options and customisation. The whole installation went very smoothly. Any queries we did have post-installation were soon dealt with by the experienced and helpful support team based in Cambridge. Now that our system is up and running we've noticed many benefits - the most obvious is a change to a much calmer working environment over the chaos that previously reigned! |
