SUPERYES FAQS
Frictionless open sharing
Until today, job sharing has been closed sharing - locked only to operators on the same dispatch system. Unfortunately, when taking on ride-hail, this isn’t enough.
Imagine only being able to make phone calls to people on the same mobile network as you, or only being able to send money to people who use the same bank as you. Ridiculous, right?
Closed sharing is small sharing and small thinking. Open sharing is big thinking and a big deal.
Finally it’s possible to share and accept work no matter what dispatch systems each fleet is on. Now you can share with all your neighbouring fleets and more, not just those on the same dispatch system as you.
SuperYes breaks down the barriers and maximises the ability of the trade to say yes to passengers, earn more money and take on ride-hail.
It’s a win for you, your passengers and your drivers. Earn more money and keep more passengers and more drivers happy more of the time.
1. Earn more money - make incremental revenue when both adding and covering jobs. Say yes to more passengers and get more work.
2. Happier and more loyal passengers - provide a more reliable service with faster response times, meaning your customers will use you more and churn less.
3. Happier drivers - get drivers more jobs, earning them more money. Reduce dead mileage for jobs out of area and use your fleet more efficiently.
Lots. Up until now, a shared job would typically find 10 cars closer than the sharing fleet’s nearest.
Fleets have already experienced a 75% improvement in pick-up ETAs, a 9% increase in driver utilisation, and a 12% rise in bookings. With SuperYes open sharing, these will improve further and extend across more fleets.
Yes. It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
- Adding fleet enters their booking number into SuperYes
- Cher AI, your superhuman operator autofills all the details for you, adding the job to SuperYes
- Covering fleet requests the job with 1 click - the booking is automatically added to their dispatch system
Both the adding fleet and passenger can then track the job’s progress effortlessly.
Yes. The Great British Job Sharing Survey of fleet owners (April 2025) revealed an overwhelming appetite for open sharing.
- 79% agreed that "Who I share jobs with is my business and my dispatch provider shouldn't be able to stop me”
- 77% would welcome the ability to “share with any operator no matter what dispatch system they’re on”
- 78% think “dispatch system providers should work together to allow any operator to be able to share jobs with any other operator they wish to”
Welcome to open sharing.

SuperYes is already generating a high volume of interest and we're prioritising fleets in areas with higher sharing to make full use of the platform.
SuperYes is an open job sharing platform that allows fleets to say Yes more often to passengers and give drivers more work, all while earning more money. Share and cover jobs with any fleet on any dispatch system - effortlessly.
Earn more money and keep more passengers and more drivers happy more of the time.
Because the product helps fleets say yes to more passengers and hence stop leaking jobs to ride-hail.
Absolutely - why play with half a deck?
Closed sharing is small sharing. It restricts driver supply, making it harder to meet customer demand, grow revenue and keep drivers satisfied.
According to The Great British Job Sharing Survey (April 2025), the average fleet turns away 12% of jobs. For a 200-car fleet, that’s roughly £2.5m in missed fares each year - and across the industry, that adds up to £820m left on the table for the ride-hail giants to grab.
Uber thrives because of its 120,000 drivers, giving it unmatched vehicle density across UK towns and cities. But independent private hire is three times larger - and could win - if its drivers weren’t stuck in closed, siloed dispatch systems that can’t talk to each other.
The biggest closed-sharing dispatch platforms - even if they reached their full potential - would max out at around 50,000 drivers UK-wide. And no town or city has every fleet on the same dispatch system. That makes it nearly impossible to compete where it matters most at the local level - having drivers available, consistently when and where passengers need them.
SuperYes breaks those barriers. It enables true open sharing, connecting fleets and drivers - locally and nationally - regardless of which dispatch system they use. No silos. No limits.
With the power to connect all 350,000 licensed vehicles, SuperYes is laying the foundations for the UK’s largest fleet-operated driver network.
Now that’s how we compete and win.
SuperYes helps you keep customers happy by getting them a vehicle fast - even when you’re busy - and lets you earn from jobs you don’t fulfil yourself.
- Train your team to stop saying no – instead of turning passengers away, say yes. Add the job to your dispatch system, pass it to SuperYes, and earn - not just from that job, but from future business thanks to a loyal, satisfied customer.
- Got a car but long ETA? – Let SuperYes step in. Today’s customers expect fast service and meeting that expectation builds stronger loyalty.
- Handling out-of-area jobs – sometimes it’s smarter to let another fleet take these jobs. That way, your drivers stay in your core area, available for high-value local work.
The sooner you share a job, the better your chances of securing a driver and having another fleet cover it.
And by joining SuperYes, you’ll also receive jobs from other fleets - bringing in more business for you and your drivers.
Cher AI is your ‘superhuman operator’ - making job sharing effortless and stress-free. No faff, just more bookings completed and more work coming your way.
It automates the repetitive tasks a human operator would usually handle, e.g. entering bookings into your dispatch system, sharing them with SuperYes and monitoring job statuses.
Think of it as an extra pair of hands that connects dispatch systems behind the scenes. It enables you to share and receive jobs across platforms - without the time, cost, or hassle of manual data entry.
In essence, Cher AI acts like a virtual API, allowing different systems to talk to each other and share job data effortlessly.
If you’re using Cordic Dispatch, you’re already connected - no need for Cher AI, as SuperYes is built in.
Cher AI also already supports both Autocab and iCabbi systems.
So the three biggest players are already covered - realising the vision of open sharing which is what many have been waiting for.
Additionally, we’re rolling out support to more dispatch systems as fast as we can. New additions will be prioritised based on demand from fleets that have joined the waitlist.
If your dispatch system is not yet on-stream, you can still share manually using SuperYes.
Cher AI is free to use - and it helps you earn more while keeping more passengers and more drivers happy, more of the time.
Think of it as your ‘superhuman operator’ - an extra pair of hands that works in the background to connect dispatch systems. It lets you share and cover jobs across systems without the time, cost, or hassle of manual data entry.
Cher AI also eliminates the risk of error when re-keying, which could be costly and result in poor customer experience.
It’s easy. After setting up your SuperYes account, create a new controller account in your dispatch system, specifically for Cher AI. Then simply add these credentials to your SuperYes account.
Just like with credit and debit cards, your credentials are stored securely with bank-grade encryption, and our team has no access to them. You can revoke access at any time.
Cher AI only accesses data related to shared jobs and never any passenger information or unrelated bookings. You can revoke access at any time. It’s used solely for the following purposes:
- Adding booking details from your dispatch system to SuperYes when you choose to share a job.
- Adding SuperYes bookings to your dispatch system when you’re covering another fleet’s job.
- Monitoring the progress of jobs being covered, including job status, driver details and vehicle location, to keep the originating fleet and passenger updated.
Yes. Your dispatch user credentials are stored with bank-grade encryption, just like credit and debit card information on e-commerce websites. Our team have no access to them, and you can revoke access at any time.
We’d love to but it takes two to tango. Cher AI demonstrates the power of open sharing. We’re eager to work with other dispatch providers to further evolve open sharing - giving the trade even more of what they’re overwhelmingly asking for.
We encourage you to speak with your dispatch system provider and ask them what’s stopping them from partnering to benefit the trade as a whole.
Why would your dispatch provider want to stop you earning money and taking on ride-hail? In any case, Cher AI is simply a superhuman operator doing what you could do anyway, but effortlessly.
Cher AI is an intelligent solution that removes the legwork and helps you avoid the costs of hiring additional staff or outsourcing to offshore call centres. Cher AI automates the tasks of a human operator by re-keying data on your behalf so you don’t have to.
In fact, 79% of fleets surveyed in The Great British Job Sharing Survey (April 2025) agreed with the statement “Who I share jobs with is my business and my dispatch provider shouldn't be able to stop me”.
We believe dispatch providers will listen to their customers’ clear demand to let them run their businesses in any way they choose, ensuring they can adapt and thrive in the ride-hailing world.
Yes. You can share manually - either by choice or if your dispatch system isn’t yet supported by Cher AI.
To share a job, simply re-enter the booking into SuperYes. To cover a job, you will need to manually add it to your dispatch system and update its progress directly in SuperYes.
There are three ways to share jobs on SuperYes.
For Cordic Dispatch customers:
- Via Operator – share jobs with all participating fleets, whatever dispatch system they use
For fleets using other dispatch systems:
- Cher AI – our superhuman operator makes sharing effortless. Enter your job number into SuperYes, and Cher AI does the rest. When you accept a job, it’s one click and the booking is transferred into your dispatch system.
- Manual sharing – Use SuperYes in manual mode. It’s a little more hands-on, but still effective.
For card and cash bookings, the job is shared at the same fare you quoted to the customer.
For card jobs, please note that add-ons like waiting time or parking fees aren’t currently supported – these jobs must be shared at the base fare only.
For account work, you have full flexibility. You can share the job at face value, below face value (to retain a margin), or above face value if it’s critical and you want to ensure it’s covered.
For a pre-booking: once shared, it will go to the closest fleet to the pickup to accept. The fleet has 15 minutes to accept the booking before it cycles to the next closest fleet. If the job has been sent to you, pre-bookings will appear on your Job List tab.
For an ASAP: once shared, it will go to the closest driver to accept. If there are no drivers available within a 2-mile radius, it will go to all fleets to bid for on their bid board. First request wins.
If you’ve set up an inner circle, the allocation algorithm will ignore fleets and drivers not in your inner circle for a fixed period of time set by you.
Cash jobs: The passenger pays the driver directly at the end of the journey.
Account and card jobs: Cordic collects the agreed fare from the originating fleet and pays the covering fleet. Payments are made weekly.
Yes. You can use SuperYes on mobile devices as long as notifications are enabled.
When using Cher AI, simply enter your booking reference number into SuperYes, and Cher AI does the rest.
Cordic operators can use Operator to add jobs directly into SuperYes.
For non-Cordic fleets not using Cher AI, you can re-enter the job manually into SuperYes.
SuperYes provides real-time job progression updates where the covering fleet uses Cordic or Cher AI. You can see these updates in SuperYes and, if using Cher AI or a Cordic dispatch user, also directly within your dispatch system.
Covering fleets not using Cher AI will share their status updates manually and will be less likely to be real-time.
Yes. Once the job has been allocated to a fleet that is to cover it, the name and contact number of the fleet are displayed in SuperYes. This contact number goes directly to the control team of the fleet you are working with.
Not currently. Today, the originating fleet can send a message to the covering fleet for the driver. If the covering fleet uses Cordic Dispatch, this message will be relayed to the driver’s app. Otherwise, the message appears on SuperYes for the covering fleet to relay manually.
ASAP jobs – first request the job you’d like to cover. If your fleet wins the job, the job will be added to your job list to accept.
Pre-booked jobs – accept the job you wish to cover.
For both job types, if you’re using Cher AI, once accepted, the job will automatically be added to your dispatch system and update progress during the booking lifecycle. If you’re not using Cher AI, you will manually enter the booking into your system and provide progress updates to the job adding fleet and passenger via SuperYes.
If you're unable to complete a job you've accepted, you can return it to SuperYes, allowing another driver to be assigned.
We ask that you consider your availability and capacity before accepting a job. Consistently returning jobs after acceptance can disrupt service and affect passenger satisfaction. By thoughtfully assessing your ability to complete a job beforehand, you help ensure a reliable and seamless experience for everyone.
You will be alerted to any changes to the job via the SuperYes portal. Where possible, Cher AI will also amend the details in the connected dispatch system.
